Honestly I nearly fell asleep while my hairdresser was dying my hair.

Took me almost 3 hours

I wanted light brown, but then i changed my mind.

The curls were temporary. Also got that 舍不得 feeling before washing it off. :(

I'm really lovin it! haha

Okay, I know SPM is already over and I shouldn't thinking back on all the horror I had to go through just because of one stupid exam, but I have been wanting to do a blog post about this for a very very long time. So, here goes.

SPM was....okay. There were certain subjects I was very weak at and maybe might jeopardize my results. Usually for objective questions answers posted online or passed around the media, and discovering that I did careless mistakes really made me down to the max. Some, I had the right answers in the first place, BUT THEN I FREAKIN' CHANGED IT. I mean like why??? I tried to extra careful and read the questions over and over again but it just got worse. Sometimes my initial instincts need to be trusted. Sometimes I get lost and don't really know what I should do. Then I feel the regret. :'(

As you can tell (or maybe not) I am not a straight A student. Never was. I study to be able to get scores that might get me an A- or if I'm lucky, an A. I do slack a lot while I'm studying. Like for example continuously refreshing my Instagram/twitter feed even though I no one I know is online tweeting/Instgram-ing away. Or, lying down on my bed staring at a blank wall. Staring at a wall somehow is more fun when you're gonna go for exams. lol
Then at times I can't take it but to take a nap after school. And when I do, i tend to oversleep and take up like 2 to 3 hours of my time. I just can't take it when I don't have afternoon naps after school. But I do study at night. And also during the weekends.

A month before SPM we had a lot school holidays. That's when I usually take up lots of time catching up.

Using an iPad to study can be quite fun too. Just don't get too carried away.

Since it's a good method to do trial papers from other states from the passed few years/this year.

Printing those model tests can also kill trees!! One subject can take up to 50 to 60 pages. Plus, my printer was super dead so I had no choice. Answers all written down in A4 paper.

I go for Chemistry tuition every Friday night at Perak Road. That's when there's always Pasar Malam around. Just below our tuition center there's OLD TOWN and we stayed back every week just to go there and chill, eat, talk, and also CAMWHORE. xD

During the Hari Raya holidays. Studied with Jean at Sunshine's library. I've lived in bayan lepas for so long and I never knew Sunshine has a library. lol

Okay, that's how it was during SPM season. Plain old studying and effort.

After SPM Vacation. Day 2

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.

That was actually my second time there. My dad brought us there again cause' the last time we went there it was newly opened and there weren't a lot of rides yet eg. Transformers, Madagascar and Battlestar Galactica.

I gotta say I kinda prefer Universal over Disney. Back then during my HongKong Disneyland trip it was quite good thats because it was during peak season. And it peak seasons they have special shows and fireworks due to Christmas season. But the rides in HongKong Disneyland is milder compared to Universal Studios. That's the main difference. and the theme in Universal Studios is more for young adults.. like me :) Disneyland is more for kids, cause its.. you know, DISNEY. No need to explain any further. haha

I recalled the last time when we went to Gold Coast my dad was like, : " thats it lah, next time you wanna go to theme parks you go with your friends dy lah, daddy is getting old already." He said that like two years ago. Then suddenly out of nowhere he booked tickets for Universal studios for the whole family. Dad, what happened to being old and not wanting to play in theme parks anymore? haha

They serve one of the best xiao long bao. compared to Dragon-i in Penang.

Manicure

Starting off freedom with nails.
First time going to a nail spa getting my nails done.Got them done at GLAMOUR NAIL SPA, Straits Quay. I usually apply nail polish myself which i totally suck at, there were even times I painted them and it gets ruined in like half an hour, decided to get a pro to do it nicely for me, don't have to worry about removing them because of school anymore.

I know my nails are short, that's because I don't really like having long nails, this is by far i kept my nails this long. okay regarding the nail art, isit nice?? haha my mom and my sis' feedback were like :" Okay la" then i got disappointed.

After SPM vacation. DAY 1

I mean it like exactly 1 day after SPM. I don't know why my parents are such in a hurry to go overseas. I even asked them if we could travel like a week after we move/SPM cause' it's gonna be tiring. We didn't even finish unpacking most of the boxes though. Done arguing with my dad about this, no choice but to follow them.

One thing I don't like about traveling overseas; FLYING. yes, I'm scared of flying. I just had this fear since when I was like 13 when it was the first time in like 10 years (or more) I had nausea and that fear of falling. Since I've been going overseas every two years or so, I got used to flying, at least I did. But however the fear of falling is still there, it happens all the time when the plane starts going through landing. but no more nausea already. :)

anyways, regardless of the small little trauma.

Changi Airport is like Pavillion seriously. The shops there sell pretty much stuff that are freaking expensive.

Lunch at SHO TEPPAN, ION mall in Orchard road.

No I didn't exactly eat that raw egg. It's a DIY restaurant where they serve you raw food and you cook it on the spot yourself. Pretty cool though. Don't see restaurants like this Penang.

Desert! Mochi Ice-cream. although, I never had the real Mochi before, but this one tastes good. *thumbs up*

STICKY! There's more variety in Singapore, They only have the typical flavours in KL. The little art on the candy is more special there.

Bought this beret in H&M in the end. Orchard road has alot of H&M stores. Swarming with people also. lol. I went to one of the stores near Summerset and I couldn't find a beanie for a cheaper price, all the beanies they have there cost like 14 sing dollars. In the end I found this one at ION mall. for 7.80$

[Back in time] CANTEEN DAY.

APRIL
School hasn't had a canteen day for about 10 years+. This year they made all the Form 5s in charge of the organizing and the food preparation for this year. Last year for us in school already and we're out.

Its like typical school day except that the Form 5s are busy working on selling food to the entire school, I was in charge of selling ice-blended drinks, it was hell. At one point we couldn't really give out drinks to those who ordered on time, then there's the blender crisis. for some reason there's only a big and a small blender, and the small one doesn't really help at all, so we ended up relying on only one blender. After like a few hours the blender stopped working and we screwed up the orders. D: Our form teacher rushed out to get us two extra blenders. Which was a relief cause' we couldn't do anything.

Then everything was back to normal now. Sold like over 700 cups of ice blended drinks.
Tiring as shit thats what I remembered.
